Here are some simple 12-Minute Ideas to help things go smoothly; to have a brighter and merrier day.

Sometimes, 12-Minute it’s all it takes!

1-Wake Up 12-Minute Earlier

This will allow you to take time to smell the roses and relax before you start your morning routine or
to take a little more time before you embark in a busy work day.  

2-Take 12-Minute to Breathe

Take a break during an hectic day and just breathe!

3-Invest 12-Minute to Plan Your Day

Plan you day early in the morning or the next one late at night.

4-Take 12-Minute to Call or Write to a Friend

Real friends are precious, take time to stay in touch with them!

5-Take 12-Minute to Read a Good Book

A great way to take a break and change pace: read a chapter of a fascinating book!

6-Stop and Relax for 12-Minute

To reduce stress: just stop and relax for a quick 12-Minute Break.

7-Play for 12-Minute (with your Kids)

Take time to have fun and play. In you have kids, they will love it too!  

8- Hug Someone for 12-Minute

Ask permission first for this one and please keep it private if need be.

9-Take 12-Minute to Clean Up

A clean and clear workspace usually promotes peace of mind. An orderly house too!

10-Stop and reflect for 12-Minute

Some great ideas usually come out when we simply think. But we rarely take time to do so.  

11-Take a 12-Minute Walk

Stretch or take a quick swift walk during your 12-Minute Break.

12-Revisit your Good Deems of the Day in 12-Minute

Take time to think about what went well in your day. Be grateful about it!

Bonus-Take Only 12-Minute to Clear your Inbox

Sometimes, answering e-mails or managing your inbox takes forever.
Be disciplined and only take 12-Minute to efficiently clean it up!
